  4. 4. better delivery, better value If we see a better way to deliver and create more value, it’s in our DNA to show our customers how. Like we did for a shopping centre north of Melbourne. Until recently they were paying extra for periodical specialised cleaning like pressure washing to paths, high level glass and the like. With the money being spent, we were able to deploy permanent staff on site to undertake these works in a continual manner, rather than just a few times a year. It also created scope for additional works to be done allowing for a higher, more consistent standard to be maintained.
  5. 5. better technology for better outcomes When our customers need a better way, we have the “know how” to find the solution. This was true for a property manager taking care of a retail complex in Melbourne’s south east. Prior to us taking over the contract, they had been advised by the local health authority that unless they refurbished the public amenities due to the poor standards, they would take action. The main issue was the cleanliness. We introduced our no touch cleaning system to the site which provided immediate and dramatic improvement. Daily use maintains the area so well that the local council removed the Notice and were greatly impressed by the change achieved. Ultimately this saved the property manager a considerable amount of time and money.
  6. 6. Innovation that leads Greater time restraints for cleaning in a major food retailer lead us to look at a better way to meet their needs. By deploying class leading small ride on equipment we were able reduce time on the shop floor, reduce operator fatigue, improve shopper safety and increase time available to be spent on other cleaning tasks
