This award is to recognize the way you volunteered to speak about the IT Department with the
"Here's the Scoop" presentation. That alone showed personal leadership. But, then, you
organized and delivered a high quality presentation that really highlighted that IT is much
more than just the folks who reset passwords. While Help Desk is a vital role here at Auxilium
and one that you and your teammates perform amazingly, it is only one of the many things

Matt came in early and assisted in the Mobile Iron roll out while were shorhanded, and with
his help we were able to configure 70 iOS devices in under 4 hours. This project will enable us

We have recently had a large number of new hires that needed to deployed within a very short time frame.
Most recently, we had 12 new hires that were starting on a Monday and we received notice only a couple days
before they were starting.
Matt worked with his teammates to get all new hires completed in a very short received. He worked extra hours
to get all the computers and accounts ready to go.
His commitment to this process ensured that the new hires were completed in time for the new hires start date.

Earlier this week I experienced a complete shutdown of my computer, nothing was working
and instead of following the guidelines of putting in a help desk ticket, I called Matt directly for
some assistance. Within 5 minutes he was in my office and worked on the computer until the
problem was repaired. I know IT has been under tremendous pressure since the move, so his
