• Online tool that allows users to publish a wide variety of PDF, presentation, word processing, or
spreadsheet documents
• Can be selected and embedded into social networking sites such as:
• Facebook
• Blogger
• WordPress
• Twitter
• Delicious
• Its searchable!

3. Getting Started:
1. Register for Slideshare
2. Click “upload”
3. Enter details about file; (e.g Title, descriptions, category, who can view it, etc.)
4. Hit “publish”
5. Embed it to Blogger, Twitter, Facebook, Wordpress, or Delicious
6. Share with students or colleagues
7. Record MP3 voice to play with presentation
8. Add YouTube video

4. Use in the Classroom:
• Ability to publish presentations to the Web that your students have already created via
PowerPoint
• Students can access each other’s presentations, they can comment on other
presentations
• Great research tool
• Thousands of presentations on a wide variety of subjects

• Allow to publish and receive comments
