The project implementation focused on radical process simplification and integration in a true enterprise manner. Goal is to unify all business units, organizations and geographies on a single SAP platform, establishing process and solution commonality whenever possible. As another outcome of the project it is expected that ultimately several thousand legacy applications will be retired. The project utilizes SAP’s ECC, CRM, and BI systems and initially went live in January 2011 with a limited functionality pilot in China. The full functionality to be provided by the project was rolled out to China and Germany in January 2013. Currently, the localizations necessary for next roll out into four additional countries in Europe and Asia are being integration tested. RESPONSIBILITY: As a team member involved in preparing/conducting blue print workshops for AR module.
  3. 3. • Preparing the workshop materials for FSCM Credit Mgmt/Dispute Mgmt and various custom interfaces from SAP ECC to IBM legacy systems. • Understand the current AS IS legacy process and also gather requirements. • FSCM Credit Mgmt implemented the only real time custom interface within BH for credit requests & responses issued from the quote in SAP-CRM to IBM legacy credit systems. A complex set of data was issued to the credit systems and iterative credit approvals/rejections were received back and updated in the quote in SAP-CRM. • In Dispute Mgmt BH was first company to utilize both stand dispute functionality for manually created disputes directly in SAP as well as customer dispute functionality simultaneously in SAP-ECC. Also developed custom interfaces for automatically creating disputes fed from separate legacy system within IBM and feed back to that system indicating dispute was resolved. • Configured the prototype for FSCM disputes in IBM sandbox. • Design, Preparation of Functional spec and testing of the custom interfaces and dispute management. • Supporting end-users in Germany (2013) and China (2010) for go-live deployment and with Conversion/Hypercare related issues for Credit Mgmt/Quotes & Dispute areas. 06/2004 - 01/2008 (IBM) – 4 years IBM SAP Ledger consolidation project Project Description: IBM consolidation of the ledger to a single world wide instance in S SAPECC from the distributed legacy landscape. Also the WW HRMS, also world wide consolidation of HR in SAP-ECC from distributed legacies. RESPONSIBILITY: Completed Realization phase and deployment activity for North America SAP Ledger in support of a January 2008 deployment. Performed duties of Design team member of Core Ledger Project for Accounts Receivable, Taxes, Security & Authorizations and HRMS support. Ensure plan dates are met. Ensure all project teams work in coordinated manner. Presented workshop materials, design & configuration, functional specs, test case creation and execution, training documentation, BPP's (SAP Business Process Procedures). • Worked on changes to SAP to support divestiture of Lenovo. • HRMS - supported HRMS team in WW consolidation effort to SAP-ECC regarding design, set up of accounts, system controls compliance. It also provided a web front end into SAP-ECC called e-AMT (The e-AMT (Electronic Asset Mgmt) tool is designed to help manage capital assets that are assigned to employees, such as PCs, high-end information system equipment, and other inventoried assets.) The E-AMT tool tracked assets, allows authorized employees to transfer, retire, inventory and report on assets. RESPONSIBILITY: • Performed lead configuration of Asset Accounting for world-wide deployment in SAP-ECC including set up of the Enterprise Structure and ALE settings.

(web front end into SAP Asset Management Module) accessed by all IBM employees to track assets and included query/reporting functionality. • Presented configuration settings and functionality to internal audit team.
