Responsible for the entire reception activities.
o Take phone and e-mail inquiries from prospective customer and convert them
into appointments.
o Follow-up no-show appointments and all inquiries by telephone or mail.
o Greet all visitors/prospective customers and provide them with information and
answer their queries.

o Monitor and actively increase customer service on all levels.

System (LCMS).
Manage group filling in cooperation with LCD and raise the group filling ratio.
Manage appointments, interviews and enrolment record and raise the ratio.
Manage office administration:
o Order students materials and language center’s stationeries supply.
o Keep track of the correct count of the students’ materials.
o Issue material transfer reports and enter received stocks in the LCMS.
o Preparing student reports and certificates.
o Prepare pedagogical cards, materials, enrollment agreements and other
necessary documents of new students.
2. Monitoring account activities of the students and ensuring that payments are done up
to date. Handling payment and enrollment procedures, issuing receipts and material
vouchers.
Trains new receptionists/secretary in accordance to the center’s aim and values.
Responsible for providing a variety of secretarial and administrative support such as
general typing, answering and directing phone calls, distributing all mail posts,
maintaining hard and soft files, drafting memos and internal/external correspondences
and organize appointments.
If necessary, do carry out additional tasks assigned by the superior.
