I am a psychologist, specialized in research. My main topic is psycho-oncology: the psychological and social aspects of getting, having and having had cancer. I can advise on research (broad), coping with illness, health care and psychosocial care for cancer patients. I love writing. I have a drive to combine scientific research with improving actual daily care for patients with a serious illness. I am a Fellow for the Dutch Cancer Society.
