Main responsibilities:
• Retail owned store support:
• New store openings: signing off commercial store lay-out and routing, selecting with B&M
the opening collection, creating visual plans, hands on VM on site & training new store
staff.
• Existing store support: quarterly VM support via guidelines and store visits.
• SIS support:
• New SIS openings: Approving SIS locations requests, creating shop lay-outs, capacity
calculations, selecting with B&M the opening assortment, creating visual plans, hands on
VM on site & training and supporting the store staff.
• Support all retail stores, franchise & SiS with seasonal VM guidelines to maximize commercial
opportunities in the stores.
• Translating the seasonal theme into the sales showroom.
• Responsible for the product presentation and mannequin dressing for Special executions &
European key account showroom.
• Support sales team with key account sell in.

Supporting key accounts via presenting a
balanced color pallet with key styles to make
sure our brand is presented in the best way
in the SIS’s.
Taking in consideration that key accounts
buy with the correct capacity calculation
behind the buy.

These guidelines are created to explain the different seasonal themes to the retailers.
It will help the retailer to deliver the seasonal message across to the end consumer.
