project services / project delivery management with an authentic and human approach
the story so far…. the progression…
Embarking on a journey with the first steps being taken in the late
1980s, a career has developed and with it, extensive experience
in the Project Services / Project Delivery Management field
Understanding that although the end product and the view from
the office window may be different, the fundamentals of Project
Services / Project Delivery remain pivotal to overall success, I
always apply an authentic and human approach to the
environment I am in
I look to continue my career in Project Services / Project Delivery
Management and through human interaction and whether at a
corporate or project level, the focus to ‘deliver on promise’
remains paramount
Passions are many, but helping to empower the team to not only
achieve but surpass their potential as well as to instil teamwork,
or more precisely, teams work (two words) will always be at the
top of the list
 Key practitioner of HSE initiatives to multi-national workforces
resulting in a reduction of safety incidents by 70%
 An effective leader, able to maintain cultural sensitivity whilst
enlisting the support of all team members in aligning with project
and organisational goals. Team size from 5 to 25 personnel
 Successful Project Services Leadership on major strategic projects
ranging in value from $250M to $5.6B
 Key advocate of training (including ‘Train-the-Trainer’) as well as
recruitment and mentorship. Recipients ranging from 10 to 25
personnel in 4 international locations
 Co-originator of development planning initiatives (i.e. the right
‘who’ [resources], the right ‘what’ [processes], the right ‘how’
[soft/mechanical systems] in 3 international locations
 Experienced facilitator with tangible results in varying forums,
including training/development ‘class-rooms’, Owner/Contractor
risk identification and mitigation workshops, cost/schedule risk
analysis simulations, etc.
 Twice recipient of ‘Special Recognition’ Awards
