In Mark’s own words “The focus of any business
is all about being successful, but success is also a
highly personal experience. Recently, a female
conference attendee was inspired to pick up the
phone and talk to her most difficult customer
using new skills and techniques she had learned.
Difficulties were confronted and resolved and in
the spirit of an entirely new engagement the
client’s orders have since tripled. Speaking of
success, a Russian delegate at a recent seminar
was able to effect closure of a contract down from
typically 18 months to just 6 weeks using the
armoury of new techniques he had acquired.
