of PTA Members
The HPTA may meet as often its
members find it necessary to discuss
activities, issues, and concerns in the
homeroom for the learners, teachers,
and school.
5. Duties and Responsiblities of
PTA Members?
• To attend PTA meetings, including general assemblies.
• To participate in the election of PTA officers
• To actively support and participate in PTA programs,
projects, and activities.
• To monitor learner performance and provide feedback
to the teacher concerned.
• To support teachers in their teaching and non-teaching
duties.
6. Duties and Responsiblities
of PTA Members?
• To help the school implement programs and projects including, but not
limited to, Bigada Pagbasa, Bigada Eskwela, Gulayan sa Paaralan
Program, monitor attendance of learners at risk of dropping out, and
promote health and nutrition programs.
•To give feedback on school policies and programs for consideration of
homeroom adviser and/or school authorities.
7. Duties and Responsiblities
of PTA Members?
• To help promote DepEd advocacies, campaigns, and other programs
on ensuring the delivery of a quality education.
•To perform such other duties and responsibilities, which may
be promulgated by the SPTA in its by-Iaws subject to the
existing laws, policies, and DepEd rules and regulations.

11. STUDENTS’ CONTRACT
• The rules and regulations of the school be strictly followed all the time for the welfare
of all.
• Students who are found drunk in the class/campus should be suspended and will be
recommended for expulsion
• Absent students are not allowed to enter any other class without presenting and
excuse slip, excuse slip must be signed by the adviser and approved by the guidance
counselor
• Parent’s cooperation is needed for the fulfillment of their duties and for the welfare of
the children
• Students who frequently absent from the class will be dropped from the enrollment
list
• Use and charging of cellphone and other electronic devices during classes without the
permission of the faculty are prohibited except during emergency situations
12. • Offenses punishable by suspension or expulsion depending on the seriousness of the offense:
• Grieve misconduct
• Cheating and stealing
• Assaulting a teacher or any other school authority or his agent or student
• Smoking inside the school premises
• Vandalism, writing anywhere destroying school property like chairs, tables, windows, books laboratory
equipment and others
• Gambling
• Drinking intoxicating liquid
• Carrying and counseling deadly weapons
• Extortion or asking money from others
• Fighting, causing injury to others
• Using, possessing and selling of prohibited drugs
• Fraternities, Hazing and form or manner inside or outside the school premises
• Immorality/sexual harassment
• Instigating, leading or participate in activities leading stoppage of classes
• Preventing, threatening students or faculty members or school authority from discharging their duties or
from attending classes or entering school premises.
• Forging or tampering with school records or transfer form.
13. • School uniform
• School uniforms are prescribed for all students. Shoes are
considered part of the uniform.
• All students shall be required to wear the official school ID in
the school campus.
• The acceptable haircut for boys shall be at least one inch
above the ear and 3 inches above the collar line.
