This letter is my personal recommendation for Mark Kraus. From December 2014 through June 2015, I
was Mark’s direct supervisor at our company, SuperInterns.com. Mark was hired as our Sr. Video Mogul
and was responsible for interviewing candidates and extending offers, editing raw video using non-liner
software,writing and edit scripts for videos, publishing completed videos to YouTube, while managing
his team.
Mark is amazing. While working at SuperInterns.com, he practiced creativity in his problem solving skills
and always delivered an excellent quality of work. He has been one of the best Video Moguls to date and
has directly contributed to SuperInterns.com’s growth by developing and creating videos from scratch to
help promote the company. Mark’s integrity was shown every day by his actions following his words, and
he was given tasks without once questioning his ability to complete them with little to no supervision. His
observant and attentive listening skills helped him to quickly identify problems in order to determine the
best solutions.
Most importantly, Mark saw the bigger picture and understood how everything is connected. He was a
fantastic asset to our team and delivered outstanding work. Mark has a strong sense of dedication in
helping others grow and contribute likewise exemplary work. Overall, Mark has set a great example for
the Video Mogul team and SuperInterns.com.
