2. The building was planned
over seven levels with a
rooftop function and food
display theatre to maximise
the views across
Docklands, the City and
Flagstaff Gardens.
The multi level building sits
on the prominent
Melbourne CBD corner site
bounded by King and La
Trobe Streets, representing
a gateway to the Institute.
By incorporating the latest
in IT developments in the
TAFE sector, the project is a
shopfront and showcase for
William Angliss to the
community.
Woods Bagot provided all
briefing, design develop-
ment, documentation and
construction supervision
services for the new
7,500m2
building.
