Managed thirty (30) Individual Product Team members for fifteen (15) sheet metal divestiture
programs within multiple fixed-price contracts in support of Bell Helicopter, Northrup Grumman,
Bombardier, Triumph, and the Defense Logistics Agency. The annual sales of this program
portfolio was $80M.
• Oversaw the fabrication, sub-assembly and delivery of more than 30,000 unique aircraft
parts and minor assemblies to support spare part inventories and aircraft production lines,
which resulted in zero prime-contract aircraft manufacturer delays.
Created and maintained numerous complex Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) with linked
dependencies and critical path analysis that significantly benefited risk management
analysis, Earned Value Management (EVM) internal/external monthly program management
reviews, organizational resource planning and the development of interdependent
schedules.
Routinely conducted EVM to identify and analyze deviations to project baselines, and, as
required, implement cost, schedule or scope measures to recover project completion dates

• Improved annual Program Management Office (PMO) revenues from $85M in 2009 to
$120M in 2009/2010 by providing all deliverables on time and within budget, nurturing
customer relations by providing exceptional program reports and product services, and
hiring trained and professional project managers that aligned with customer product
portfolios.
Provided quality supervision of program/project managers to ensure delivery of required
service or product within cost, schedule and scope parameters. Witnessed zero late
deliverables and an exceptional rating within the Customer Performance Rating System
(CPAR) every year while supporting this DoD contract.
Oversaw the agile software development and fielding of United States Special Operations
Command’s (USSOCOM) Special Operations Forces (SOF) Sustainment, Asset Visibility
and Information Exchange (SSAVIE) website, which provides a logistics infrastructure for
SOF-peculiar systems and allows for customer focused access for logistics, centralized
materiel management with total asset visibility. Supervised a similar website for a classified
Special Operations customer.
• Established and directed a PMO risk and opportunity identification, analysis, response and
management process that aided annual revenue growth.
• Established and managed the PMO operating budgets and financial plans to support the
company’s annual bookings, sales, profit margin and human resource goals. Exceeded
annual sales and booking projections each year while remaining within initial operating
budget.
• Responsible for approving all PMO cost estimate packages (CEPs) for final submission to
the client. Annually submitted ~100 CEPs which ~95% received contract award. Highly
proficient in developing cross-functional, fully integrated CEPs.
