This role has involved supporting and implementing
Repair/Maintenance contracts for three of the major
Aggregate and mining suppliers in the UK.
Ensuring that customer expectations are meet whilst also
managing costs through effective management of the supply
chain network.

17. Service Manager-Mantrac-Ghana
This role involved the overseeing of all service operations within the
Western territory incorporating an extensive field service team of over 40
people serving the mining sector.
My responsibilities included budget control and ensuring that company
and Caterpillar procedures and standards were implemented and within
K.P.I targets capturing aftersales parts and service for on/offshore sales.
Dealing with technical and warranty matters elevating product problems to
Caterpillar business units.
22. Project Plant Manager Metal Services- Saudi Arabia
(April 2006-February 2007)
In my position as Project Plant Manager I was responsible for the
management and control plant and vehicles involved in oil pipeline
projects within Saudi Arabia.
This encompassed the control of over three hundred local and
migrant employees both on site and within a desert camp
environment.
This also required constant liaison with clients to contract completion.
24. International Tempest Technical Advisor – DTW,

Responsible for the training of local teams in the safe operation and repair of
mechanical equipment in live minefields in war affected regions, this also
involved the ongoing development of the equipment.
The program required working in mine affected and developing countries
including Angola, Cambodia and Bosnia.
I was responsible for the relocation of the organisation into new premises in
Cambodia, dealing with the logistics involved in moving a manufacturing
production line, as well as building new workshops and offices in a developing
post conflict country

clients to ensure satisfaction at project completion.
