I have been in the industry since a month out of high school so I am well versed in services considered “Simpler”
technologies such as files, print and basic networks and have grown with the advanced technology such as
VoIP, conferencing, and the requirements that go along with such. Very well versed in Cisco LAN/WAN and
Unified Commination’s Systems. I have built greenfield Cisco LAN/WAN and Voice infrastructures well as
worked with existing systems for troubleshooting, MACs, modifications, and expansion.
I have aware of Lync and O365 at a Master level and have completed deployments from simple 30 user
deployments to 100,000+ user enterprises including Enterprise Voice including the need to integrate with 3rd
party system to complete the EV deployment with zero interruption to the end users use of such systems.

Senior Converged Network Engineer
I was recruited as a member of the VoIP design and implementation team. I designed solutions meeting
customer demands and business requirements and supervised implementation projects to ensure quality and
time requirements were preserved.
 Microsoft OCS and VoIP technology architect
 Worked closely with internal teams to achieve Cisco Unified Communications Master Certification
