Kyselyn toteutus
• Vuonna 2016 toteutettiin hankkeessa 16 tarvelähtöistä
kehittämisprojektia ohjattuina opiskelijatöinä. Kohderyhmänä oli
pienet ja keskisuuret yritykset. Mukaan otettiin myös kaksi
rekisteröityä yhdistystä.
• Palautekyselyyn vastasi 10 asiakasta. Kysely lähetettiin
paperilomakkeena postitse projektin päättymisen jälkeen.

Tyytyväisyys projektiin
• 80 % asiakkaista kokivat, että kehittämisprojekti oli vastannut
odotuksiin
• Kaksi asiakasta olivat vain osittain tyytyväisiä. Lisäkysymykseen
”miltä osin ei?” vastattiin näin:
• ”Pari opiskelijaa eivät tehneet heille annettuja tehtäviä”
• ”Projektin tulos olisi ollut hyvä käydä kanssamme paikanpäällä läpi”
• Yksikään yritys ei ollut täysin pettynyt projektiin.

Lähtötilanne yrityksissä
• Hieman yli puolet yrityksistä (6/10) arvioivat lähtötilanteensa tasolle 2
eli tarve oli havaittu ja siihen tarttumista oli suunniteltu.
• Tasolle 1 = ei ole toimintaa, arvioi tilanteen valitussa asiassa 2
osallistujaa.
• Vain yhdessä organisaatiossa asia oli tasolla 4 eli kehittyneellä tasolla.
• Missään yrityksessä valittu asia ei ollut sellainen, että sen tila olisi ollut
jo valmiiksi erinomaisella tasolla. Tulos on ymmärrettävä, sillä
kehittämisprojektit oli pyritty kohdistamaan yritysten ongelmakohtiin.

Kehittämisprojektin vaikutus
• Kehittämisprojekteilla koettiin olleen vaikutusta yrityksen tilaan
valitussa asiassa tai se oli lisännyt yritysedustajan omaa
ymmärrystä. Tyytyväisiä vaikutukseen oli 9 asiakasta 10:stä.
• Yksi asiakas oli osittain tyytymätön projektiin, koska tuloksia ei
käyty läpi kasvokkain vaan ainoastaan raportin muodossa. Hän ei
kokenut projektin lisänneen ymmärrystä valitussa asiassa vaikkakin
projektin toteutus oli muuten asiakkaan toiveiden mukainen ja
toteutettu sopimuksen mukaan.
