Officially, my job as a Career Advisor is to provide my students with one on one help writing resumes, interviewing, and job searching, but what I really do is give them the tools and confidence to pursue their dream careers. I'm not your typical Career Advisor. My position is more of a hybrid between career advising and recruiting. In addition to working with students on career development, I partner with employers to actively place students in positions both while in school and upon graduation.
