Ø Built and expanded institutional sales platform in the APAC region for Santander Hong Kong. Increased
funding from US$100M to US$6B via money market deposits. Established fixed income business and
increased transacted volume to US$40B from US$5B.
Ø Participated in the implementation of BBVA Hong Kong’s structured product sales platform and
transacted interest rate and equity linked structured products with financial institutions. Instrumental in
winning income generating business in startup operation within 2 years.

SENIOR INVESTMENT ADVISOR
Developing an institutional client base in Switzerland. Providing advisory services in structured investment
solutions. At Decentia Investment Advisory we provide extensive advisory, best execution and product monitoring
& reporting in structured products. We support our clients during the entire lifecycle of structured products. Our
tools enable continuous monitoring of a wide variety of investments. We provide guidance with secondary market
prices and risk/return profiles. We identify crucial parameters as well as decisive sensitivities, which result in more
favorable terms for our clients. When building a product, it is important to identify the value drivers. Knowing what
