Responsible to achieve the optimum level of guest satisfaction and
departmental profitability in an atmasphere at teamwork and high team
morale,where by your role will include key responsibiliries.
Duties and Responsibility
1.Oversee all uppects of the daily operation of the hotel’s room service operation.
2.Supervise all Room Service personel.
3.Respond to guest complaints in a timely manner.
4.Work with other F&B manager and keep them inform at F&B issues as they arise.
5.Organize all documentation for shift work on a daily basis including pre-shift report,daily
training topics,shift floor plan,requisition for beverage,food,sundries,and manage labour
on a daily basis through the time management system.

COUNTRY CLUB STANDARDS OF EXCELLENCE.
• Duties and Responsibilities
1. Enforce club rules,regulations and policies.
2. Conduct daily line-up with the room staff.
3. Review daily specials,stations and other applicable announcements.
4. Train new hires in service standards,menu items,use of Jonas system and up-selling.
5. Train food service and bar staff on a continuous basis.
6. Receive and greet members and guests;assists with seating.
SERVICE CAPTAIN
Ensures that members and guests have a pleasant and
memorable dining experience.Monitors set
up,maintenance,cleanliness and safety of dining
areas.Supervices and train the Dining Room staff to country
club standards of excellence.
4. ROOM SERVICE ORDER TAKER/CASHIER
RESPONSIBLE FOR THE EFFICIENT TAKING OF GUEST’S ORDERS
AND MAKING SURE THAT ROOMS ARE CHANGED
APPROPRIATELY.
• Duties and Responsibilities
1. Responsible for answering telephone calls and prioritizing calls.
2. Should ahave very good telephone etiquettes.
3. Directly involved in the order taking and order placing process while dealing with guest
requests and orders.
4. Display excellent conversation skills and selling techniques at all times.
5. Pay attention to guest orders, and know the menu thoroughly.
6. Ensure proper appearance and grooming while on duty.
ROOM SERVICE ORDER TAKER/CASHIER
Responsible for the efficient taking of guest’s
orders and making sure that rooms are changed
appropriately.
5. ROOM SERVICE WAITER/WAITRESS
RESPONSIBLE FOR PREPARING ORDERS,SELF
TRAYS AND DELIVERING ITEMS TO GUEST
ROOMS IN AN ATTENTIVE AND EFFICIENT
MANNER,AND ENSURING TO PROVIDE
EXCELLENT QUALITY SERVICE AS PER THE
HOTEL STANDARD OPERATING PROCEDURE.
•Duties and Responsibilities
1. Ensure to have proper appearance and grooming while on duty.
2. Ensure to have minimum wastage and breakage.
3. Ensure communication between kitchen,order taker,and service team
manners.
4. Check with the guest regarding the satisfaction of th meal.
5. Responsible for cleaning and remobing the trolleys/trays from guest
rooms and corridor.
ROOM SERVICE WATER/WAITRESS
Responsible for preparing orders,self trays and delivwring items to guest
rooms in an attentive and efficient manner,and ensuring to provide
excellent qualitu service as per the Hotel Standard Operating procedure.
6. ROOM SERVICE TRAINIES
TRAIN IN HOSPITALITY AND CATERING REQUIRED
TO ENTER PRESTIGIOUS INSTITUTIONS.
