Why GiANT?
You want your people to be functioning as close to 100% health, satisfaction, and productivity as
possible. Peter Drucker describes your problem well: “There are three things that happen naturally
inside organizations; friction, confusion, and underperformance! Everything else requires
leadership.”
What if you could eliminate things like; miscommunication, poor execution, and a lack of delegation
that creates capacity constraints for your organization? What if you could increase your skill set in
attracting and retaining the right people in the right seat inside your organization. Research of 308
companies conducted by Dr. Kamal Birdi (University of Sheffield) over a 22-year period showed that
traditional approaches to enhancing the productivity of people showed no overall increase in
performance. What did make a difference (9% increase in value added per employee) however,
was the companies who learned how to empower employees, increased teamwork, and provided
learning opportunities outside of what people needed to do their job. We have a track record of
doing just that.

Methodology
We use our proven process, the 100X system, to create and deliver the best solution for your context.
Phase 1 The Discovery Process starts with identifying the current reality for you, your team and your
business. This can be anything from a few in depth conversations to a 3-month discovery process and
report.
