My graduate work in psychology & professional expertise in research design -- along with fieldwork, analysis, & reporting -- offers clients well-thought-out research solutions. I am a consultant in the commercial, non-profit, & government sectors; providing communication, product/service, attitude & behavior, usability, & program evaluation research among consumers, business segments, corporate employees, & not-for-profit stakeholders. I also conduct on-site qualitative research workshops & focus group training.
