Overall traffic responsibility for the Creative Services, In-Store Signage, and Production teams. Actively tracked
625/1070 Creative Services/In-Store Signing projects annually (100+/110 daily). Developed and managed the
IMX Master Planning and Production Schedules for Digital Weekly Ads and Printed Circulars. Led a team of two
traffic managers who handled the Sears and Kmart ad pages in Lago. Coordinated Spanish translation requests
between the account team, translation agencies, and creative team.
Achieved firm deadlines, assigning design tasks among 12 in-store signing creative team members, balancing
workload across resources, and prioritizing tasks.
Facilitated continuous improvement, developing project status reports, collecting feedback, and
communicating with team members by conducting a variety of daily and weekly status meetings.
Designed and refined several sophisticated Aprimo workflow enhancements, partnering with internal and
external IT sources to mirror process improvements and task scheduling changes.

shot. Managed projects from creative concepts and prototypes through national rollouts. Obtained creative and
legal approvals for vendor art and signs.
