was how Financial Education Services was started. FES saw
a problem that many American’s began facing years ago, and
unfortunately, it was on the rise.
In 2004 they built a system that would not only aid in cleaning
up inaccurate, obsolete or erroneous items from consumer
credit reports, but would involve each customer to increase
their education on the harmful financial effects of negative
credit. As less than reputable companies began making an
appearance and creating hesitation among consumers who
were looking for reliable answers, their goal was to ensure
the company gained a stable reputation based on loyalty and
trust. They knew it was important for those involved in the
credit repair service to know exactly how it worked, have
their questions answered and receive the personal attention
and explanation they needed. The solution meant bringing in
strong, motivated individuals looking for an opportunity to
help others while enhancing their own financial opportunities.
Credit education has been missing from every curriculum,
from grade school to graduate. As their consumer base began
to grow, and with every new representative entering into
the business, including myself over 10 years ago, FES heard
countless stories of financial stress and concern. Many didn’t
realize they had a credit problem until it was too late. What’s
worse was the alarming amount of errors that were being
reported in consumer credit files, costing many American’s
thousands of dollars every year. Our finances will affect us
during our entire lives- they decided to create a lifetime
solution.
As Financial Education Services explored and created
countless financial programs over those next few years, aiming

Parimal Naik is a cofounder of Financial Education Services.
He is responsible for the strategic planning of the IT
systems and databases behind the services offered through
Financial Education Services. Naik is highly involved in
seeking out innovative ideas and developing new products for
the customers and Independent Representatives of FES, as
well as building substantial business relationships to enhance
the growth of the company.
Naik earned a Masters in Computer Science and implemented
his expertise by managing the technology and information
systems in his previous positions. His accomplishments of
redesign and implementation began at development and
were carried through the installation, engineering, training,
administration and management of each project. He is known
for keeping up with the rapid changing business environment.
Mike Toloff is a cofounder of Financial Education Services. He
is responsible for the daily management and operations of the
company; developing and directing a results oriented system,
which contributes to the consistent improvement and success
of the organization. Toloff controls the financial compliance
regulations and meeting the legal and ethical standards set by
the company.
Prior to the creation of FES, Toloff held several senior
executive positions where he focused on the improvement
of business efficiency and building an effective team. He
established strong vendor relationships, increased credit
lines, and successfully realigned crucial departments within
several organizations. He continues to implement a systematic
approach to secure quality results within the company.
On a Personal Note
One of the key things you should take into consideration
when joining a Hybrid Marketing company (where corporate
America meets entrepreneurship) is the leadership. I have had
the privilege of personally knowing both owners Parimal Naik
and Mike Toloff for well over 15 years and these men have the
integrity, expertise and leadership that a business requires to
