announced, or has discovered.
• When we say what happens to people and
things, we often use passive verb forms like
is/are indicated, was/were announced, or
has/have been discovered.

4. PRESENT SIMPLE

For example:
Active: Maria buys bread

For example:

11. Active to passive transformation
• Para pasar de activa a pasiva, el sujeto debe ir
al final de la frase precedido de “by”.
Example:
active: They are eating pizza
passive: The pizza are being eaten by them

• Hay que recordar cambiar el sujeto cuando
sea necesario (They-them, she- her, I-me…etc)
Example:
