Responsible of quality to support Apple, Dell, Sun, Nortel, Intel, Compaq, HP, IBM, Honda, Ford, Chrysler,
Mercedes Benz and BMW accounts.
I improved process yields for: Painting, pad printing, laser and assembly of nose pieces for car radios from 70 to
91%; Mechanical yield on wafer handling from 85 to 90%; Visual mechanical yield of PCBAs from 80 to 99.4%
having cero returns on reports and product from customer.
I was coordinator for the Lucent Technologies participation to the “Premio Jalisco a la Calidad”.
I coordinated activities to obtain Irisagua certification to produce bottle caps for Coca Cola Co.
I designed and establish the QMS for Solectron Global Services and Nat Steel Electronics based on the ISO
9000 std. and got Solectron Global Services ready for its certification on ISO 9002, 2000 by BSI agency on
October, 2002.
Responsible to develop and deploy process and documentation related to Quality Control and Assurance (ESD,
calibration, manufacturing process audits, document control, process control, quality control plans, incoming
inspection, MRB, SCRAP control and management, SQC).
