    “Innovate or Die” is a full day workshop specially designed for marketing professionals
    and students Mansoor A. Soomro is a management professional with over 17 years of experience in the fields of Training &
                     Development, Operations, Brand Activation, and Sales & Marketing Management. He is Pakistan’s only
                     Certified Customer Service Trainer.

                     He is a certified Customer Service Trainer from Centre for Customer-Care, Malaysia, and Certified Practitioner
                     in Neuro-linguistics Programming (NLP) from NF-NLP, USA. He has done his MBA from University of The East,
                     Philippines. He has teaching experience as an Adjunct Faculty at Shaeed Zulfiqar Ali Bhutto Institute of science
                     and Technology (SZABIST) and Pakistan Air Force-Karachi Institute of Economic and Technology (PAF-KIET).
                     He has trained participants from companies like GlaxoSmithKline, State Bank of Pakistan, Khyber Bank,
                     Tameer Bank, The Citizen’s Foundation, Jubilee Life Insurance, UPS, KESC, Searle Pakistan, Efroze
                     Chemicals, Aga Khan University, Sui Southern Gas Company, Berlitz Pakistan, National Insurance Company
                     Limited, Engro Polymer, Almoiz Industries, Mustaqim Dyeing & Printing, Facto Cement and Packages Limited
                     in his workshops.

                     Rimsha is a Bachelors in Marketing from UOK,with special interest in and talent for Brand Management. A
                     creative and versatile personality who realized her true potentials early on in life and since then has never
                     looked back. Always the one for taking initiatives, she used this quality to work with the Registrar of the
                     Institute of Business Administration (IBA). She is the co-founder and former Vice President of the Human
                     Resource Development Society (HRDS), the official student society of the Department of Commerce,
                     University of Karachi. She also worked ad Manager Communications of Salvation, an event management
                     company that is involved in organizing academic and non-academic events. For Rimsha, the journey to self-
                     excellence has just begun. She was a panel member in the workshop “U-Turn” organized by Training &
                     Consultancy Services at the Mohammad Ali Jinnah University (MAJU), in which she shared her experiences as
                     a student on the threshold of her career. She aims to attain the highest level of self-actualization through hard
                     work and determination, and in her own words, she believes in being “a unique self-defined statement”.
                     Maryam is HR professional. She is very confident speaker . She helps next generation to grow
                     talent, develop initiative, and position themselves as experts in their areas. She packages useful new
                     ideas and practical lessons in a humorous and highly entertaining delivery. She is very well
                     groomed and self-motivated individual with excellent communication skills, and goal-focused
                     professional . She promotes professional enrichment, personal growth and create a truly
                     competitive arena whenever she speaks on the floor . She is MBA from SZABIST.
