Execution of capital projects
 Installation, erection and commissioning of process equipment like
MS/SS/MS&SSGL/MSRL reaction vessels and other associated process equipment.
 Utility systems like chilled water and brine plants, Nitrogen Generation and Compressed
air systems, vacuum systems, DM and Soft water plants, RO and EDI systems, Thermic
fluid Heaters and Steam boilers, HVAC and BMS systems, WFI and CIP system
 Expansion/Modification of existing production facilities/Setting of Labs and R&D scale
up plants, Clean room facilities like TGA and Sterile facility, New Building construction.
 Coordination with Consultants and Third party EPC contract management & Project
documentation with DQ/IQ/OQ and PQ of all equipment
 Responsible for plant/Utility Equipment maintenance
 Preventive/Condition monitoring based monitoring of process equipment
through defined periodic/planned maintenance schedules through computerized systems

At Solvay:
 Execution of four month Plant Shutdown worth Rs 40.0 Cr for process vessels
replacement/relocation, instrumentation and DCS commissioning for existing and new
extension , QC relocation , new building construction ,installation of new power
transformer and power distribution panels and iMCCs , rental DG for year 2014-15.
 Implementation of SAP for plant maintenance and projects/procurement/Stores in March
2014.
 Execution of additional Site capital projects worth 5.0 cr for financial year 2014-15.
