4. 2014 - ST JOHN AMBULANCE – EVENTS
ASSISTANT (TEMPORARY)
The Stevenage office is the 2nd busiest office in the
UK providing cover for over 660 events in August
ranging from a man and a dog to the Tour de
France,
Making online bookings with clients and then
negotiating with SJA members to provide cover.
Working on Excel for invoicing and providing
invoices and statistical information.
Visiting regions to train staff on alterations to the
Excel system and how to use it.
Altering the online survey sent to clients to make
more user friendly (increasing response rate 50%)
