problems, i.e., unclear boundaries, ambiguous
problem, not enough knowledge, no single “right”
solution, etc.
• Design Thinking offers a better approach to solving
such problems by alternately applying divergent
and convergent thinking, building frugal
experiments, and rapidly testing them until there is
enough clarity to design the solution.
