teaching that incorporates the histories, text, values,
beliefs and perspective of people from different
cultural backgrounds.
EG; Dravidian culture, muslim culture etc.

production.

• Develops multicultural attitude in the school
Celebrating different festival- promote
religious harmony depicted through art, folk
dance, drama & music.(Eg, Lohri, Onam)
Cultural fairs, institutional fests or through
competition.
Visit to historical places(Taj mahal, Qutub
minar) & museum(Anthropological museum)
• Use of flims & documentaries.
Role of School
• Displaying thoughts of different religion and
culture.
• Optional holiday to celebrate some
festivals(Rakhsha bhandan,Holi)

• Teacher should foster critical thinking in the
student.
• Teacher should be unbiased and impartial.
• Respect all religion, caste and culture.

background of their student by making them
