Managed bi-weekly, Multi-State payroll for 500+ Hourly and Salaried Employees utilizing ADP Workforce Now with Time
Attendance system. Processed benefits, garnishments, and annual tax filings. Worked in partnership with employees, vendors and
internal resources to resolve issues relating to payroll and benefits. Partnered with HR in aligning and implementing procedural
instructions for various payroll and timekeeping process including senior management reporting. Directly trained and coordinated with
four staff members the implementation and conversion process of ADP Workforce Now system. Managed the overall sales
compensation process, rate increases and renewals which include but are not limited to working with Sales Reps, Brokers, and Billing

Payroll Administrator II
Managed accurate processing of bi-weekly disbursements of Multi-state payrolls, including garnishments, benefits and taxes to over
2500 employees for multiple locations in the U.S. Assisted in setting up earnings, deductions, and taxes via ADP Enterprises V5 and
timekeeping system Kronos for Teva Pharmaceuticals USA’s acquisitions. Ensured Local Union payables are made on time every
month and audit requests were completed timely.
* Ensured payroll tax records were up-to-date, including forms associated with federal, state and local withholdings.
* Responsible for the benefit deductions, garnishments, direct deposits, time and disability adjustments, reimbursements and
incentive payments are processed correctly for every pay period processing for both union and non-union payrolls.

Full Level Tax Specialist
Ensured all Mid-Quarter/Mid-Year Conversion processes are completed timely and accurately while following ADP Full Level Tax
procedure. Developed and maintained client satisfaction and use of ADP Tax Filing Services through effective communications
between client and all internal business partners.
* Developed and implemented Full Level Tax procedures for the Implementation Specialists to follow during their daily work
schedule.
* Served as a liaison with client, Tax Department and Client Service Department on tax concerns. Submitted balanced, accurate tax
record using Excel templates to the Tax Department. Notified clients of their undeposited tax liabilities for the current quarter they
started with ADP.
* Notified client of the deposit and filing of taxes for the quarter and throughout the year by compiling and balancing all prior quarter
filing returns and current quarter tax balances for new client.
* Provided client with Quarterly Wage and Tax Register and Master Control report to ensure client information is recorded properly
