Visitor Services Coordinator & Supervisor (2009 -2015)
• Responsible for overseeing and facilitating museum admissions and membership admissions staff in all of
their activities, including greeting visitors, visitor education and access, management of group tours and handling
VIPs, trustees, and board members.
• Recruit, hire, develop and supervise 10-15 staff members.
• Prepare and distribute schedules and notifications to staff.
• Liaise with Visitor Services, Security, and A/V staff to ensure exceptional customer service and efficient

• Respond to visitor feedback and resolve customer service issues/complaints.

• Utilized Raiser’s Edge to update and edit the NYHS membership and mailing list database.
• Processed admissions and check in guests by using QuickBooks.
