 Repairing hardware/software issues such as repairing/adjusting Toner, Fuser, Pick up
rollers, Platen Rollers, Print trays, sensors LCD Screens etc.… Testing for
functionality via USB, Parallel LPT, COM, Network (Cat5/Cat6) Wireless, and fax
Communication though PC/Mac testing software, Testing voltage, and fuses using a

 Lead a team of 5 others to move quickly and effectively to make sure the end user as
satisfied with their printer setup
 De-installed Lexmark and older HP printers and stored them for movement and
disposable from the site
