Group companies in Saudi Arabia from Aug 2009 – Oct 2012 and Engineer Group Facility Management Company
in UAE during the period Nov. 2012 – July 2014 as under:

GECO M&E Facility Management Company falls under Al Batha Engineering Group & provides MEP services at
various prestigious government & private customer sites across United Arab Emirates. My job included review of
Financial & operating controls, providing support to operations in commercial over view of Annual Maintenance
Contracts, Tenders / Quotes, monitoring procurement and inventory. This position reports to GM Finance &
Facility Management head.
Job Responsibilities:
 Presentation of Order Book & Financial Package in Monthly Management Meeting, highlighting areas which
need improvements / performing below expectations.
 Responsible for preparation of Financial Statements, Budgets, MIS Reports, Variance analysis & reasons for

manufacturing & distribution of owned & External Suppliers FMCG products. Saudi operating Companies are
focusing on Distribution of Frozen & Dry products through Key Accounts, Retail & Wholesale. I was responsible
for managing the overall financial & administration aspects for Saudi Arabian operations, which includes
managing the financial guidelines and controls, reporting systems and security of the business assets of the
Group. Drive the corporate and financial expansion of the group’s business by providing commercial advise,
financial acumen and business evaluation of new projects. I was functionally reporting to Consumer Group GM –
Finance & operations based in UAE & administratively reporting to GM – Saudi Operations based in Saudi Arabia.
