Provide strategic leadership for Adult Education, Early Education, Substitute, and Salary Allocation departments.
Develop and implement certificated employee policies/procedures and workforce production strategies/processes.
Manage employee reassignments/transfers and interim staffing. Coordinate processing of leaves of absence,
terminations, retirements, professional experts, community representatives, and student aides. Facilitate weekly staff

system for all substitute teachers. Within one school year, all 6,000 substitute teachers had photo IDs.
Accelerated delivery of service, while upgrading quality of teaching staff by consolidating customer
