The GMMOS, Finance & Accounts Controller role includes but not limited to the following areas:
Reporting to : Chairman & CEO
 As a member of the management teams’ ‘Inner circle’, involved in the shaping of policies for the overall

forecasting, reporting & treasury functions in compliant with IFRS & US GAAP Principles.

 Direct responsibility for accounting, finance, forecasting, strategic and financial planning, negotiations and
institutional financing includes Developing financial strategies by forecasting capital, facilities and staff
requirements, identifying monetary resources, developing action plans, and cash-flow strategies;
 Responsible for develop and manage budget in line of long term objectives of the organization through vigilant
control and participation in continual improvement in budgeting process through education of business leaders on

My Role at leading Nav-Ratna HAL and Its Joint Venture IRAL includes but not limited to the following areas:
Reporting to : General Manager (Finance)
 Developed inventory monitoring and co-ordination system with stores for acceptance of items and settlement of
claims relating to quality and quantity.
 Served as the Material Control In-charge during the IFS ERP system implementation including the regularisation of
receipts & issues and generated MIS reports for day to day decision making as well as annual closing.
 Responsible for enhancing and monitoring the system of inventory valuation for strategic business locations and
managing statutory compliances
 Proactively identified and implemented internal improvements and process changes in order to improve the quality
