Routine Works and responsabilités
 Conducting performance Test, Hydro test of Turbine sub assemblies like OGA assemblies, Hub
assemblies, Runner blade operations, function check
 Carry out inspection of Horizontal ad vertical gearboxes at supplier place as per relevant standard
 Carry out the inspection of Hydraulic power pack, lube oil systems at supplier place as per relevant
standard
 Carry out the inspection of Butterfly valves, Penstock protection valves, Spherical valves, Turbine inlet
valves, Antifriction bearings, white metal bearings, force lubrication bearings, self-lubrication bearings,
Duplex filters, Centrifugal pumps, knife gate valves, seamless pipes, ERW pipes, Hydraulic fittings, EOT
cranes, HOT cranes, Jib cranes, scissor lifts, Hydraulic power packs, Lube oil systems at supplier place
as per relevant standard
 Reviewing of Stationary arrangements drawings, single line diagrams, site lay outs, relevant standards
before staring the inspection
 Inspection of Hydraulic power packs, Bearings lubrication systems as per Hydraulic circuit drawings and
