2) What was his/her position?
in dec. 2007 he started out as dishwasher and did some overdue work in the kitchen which he did for about 2
years, later we taught him to work as servant, where he started in the normal al a Carte restaurant, later
because of his flair for the job, he started as servant in the gourmet restaurant. Right now Mads is switching
between his positions because he also has a flair for working in the kitchen.
3) What were his/her duties in the position?
In the kitchen Mads is preparing food, he is making the starters and desserts. Also he is capable of making
some main meals.
As a servant Mads seated people and took orders, he served food and drinks and made presentations of the
meals and wines. He is making the daily order in the restaurant and is preparing the tables. Mads have been
running Party’s up to 90 people, for example weddings.
4) What were his/her strengths?
Mads is doing his job to full satisfaction and is complying to the hygiene rules.
He is cooperative and is good at teamwork.
Mads Is also good at working long days, 11-17 hours, and is still able to meet on the job next day.
5) What were his/her weak points?
I haven’t seen any of Mads’s weak points. He is always up to new challenges and he performs the best he
can.
6) Would you hire this employee again? Why or why not?
Yes, I would, and we are also sad about him leaving, but we can fully understand that he wants to experience
this. We will look forward to his return and see what he have learnt and how he have changed after his travel
7) Is there anything else you think I should know about the candidate?
Nothing but that we have been very happy to have Mads here.
