Behavioural-Based Interview Questions - The most
common type of question that is asked is the
Behavioural-Based Interview (BBI) question. The
purpose of this type of question is to predict future
actions based on how an applicant performed actions
in the past. This is the best known predictor of
someoneâs success in a job. An example of a
Behavioural-Based question is, âCan you tell us about
a time when you satisfied a difficult customer?â
Situational Interview Questions â The interviewee will
give you a job related task and how you handle it.
Technical Questions â Technical job specific
