       v  Pest Control (Member’s Units)
             New Program Implementation
             Members have different requirement

             Member selects their own service provider

             Member facilitate their own service call and unit access

             Member pays selected service provider

             Membership will reimburse services up to $100, per unit, per year

             Submit request for reimbursement

             Management Company will send you a check for $100

 v  $200 Fine + Cost of Removal

 v  Trash that does not make it in the dumpster

 v  Furniture left for the Association to facilitate removal

 v  Cigarette Butts

 v  Trash left in upper walkways

    Smoke Free Community (Always Have Been)


        v  No Smoking Community

        v  Within 20’ of any door, window, or walkway

        v  Includes walking though shared walkways

        v  Carcinogen and causes allergy episodes

        v  Experience it, Report it, and we will Take Care of it

        v  Dispose cigarette butts on property, get $200 fine

        v  You are responsible for your guest

   Property Access and Resident’s Visitors


       v  We will be changing the gate code

       v  Members and one individual living at that resident

       v  Tenants all must appear on the lease (will be enforced)

       v  Guests shall not be on property or unattended

       v  Notifying Association recommended for long-term visitors

       v  HPD Trespassing Affidavit and new signage

   Pool Area and Grilling Stations


       v  No glass (Cost to drain pool will be charged back to unit)

       v  No smoking; this is a community pool

       v  Residents must be in pool area with guest

       v  Please clean the grills and care for them as if their yours; they are yours

       v  Do not leave unattended; fire happens

        v  Property-Wide Signage (No trespassing; HPD Affidavit on file)
        v  Move rear water hoses to inside gate area alone back-wall
        v  Platform Refit of stairwell in front of unit 10
        v  Dumpster Area, painted, keyless entry, new slats, solution to combat smell
                                                                                     
        v  Grill Replacement (3 year life cycle)
        v  Pool Umbrella Replace and spares (11 feet size)

        v  Smoke Detector Installation in every unit
