Responsible for overall spare parts sales operation, reporting directly to the National Parts Manager.
Monitor and perform parts sales activities including inventory control, stocking, rotating follow-up
orders with vendors and receive incoming orders.
Act as a focal point with other part counter sales/ services / body shop for material handling / receiving
and dispatching.
Work closely with local dealers to ensure all Purchase Requisitions are executed and forwarded on
time.
Keep a close check on min and max stock through SAP system & Syncron (GIM).
Preparing Annual budget – Franchise and Branch wise.
Conduct monthly meetings and plan with the Sales, Inventory and Stores teams..
Maintain an accurate Database Register and Tracking System for outstanding and complete orders;
prepare sales reports on a weekly basis.
Managing spare parts sales at different locations (5 branches)
Conduct training of sales staff for new & upgrade products.
Plan sales promotions and assist workshop on service campaigns and re-calls.
Address customers issue and resolve in timely and professional manner.
Prepare accessories orders and promote though sales, parts and service.
