Responsibilities
 Manage and control function of Planning, Production, Maintenance, QA/QC, Tool Room, Stores, Purchase, etc.
 Develop manufacturing strategy in alignment with approved business plan and head manufacturing operations
 Provide technical support to manufacturing, initiate improvements, and resolve all technical issues
 Allocate and manage strategic utilization and deployment of resources to achieve plant production objectives
 Develop and implement systems for monitoring process and controlling resources to achieve plant operational efficiency
