1. Managing Change in Business Endeavor
A lot of businessmen today are afraid if they will succeed in their
entrepreneur. This is for the reason that we are experiencing the global crisis
which will affect our economy and other aspects in our country. As an
entrepreneur, we need to have a paradigm shift in dealing with our customers
in order that we will survive and satisfy their basic needs. Also to compete
with others, we really need to have innovation that would fit in to the needs
of time. We do need to ask feedback from the clienteles in such a way that our
service and product will improve to compete globally in terms of quality
output. Let’s see to it that we always go for excellence in terms of production
and chasing for change. Our attitude will matter most in doing our
entrepreneur tasks and alone all in transacting and entertaining our
customers. Being optimistic in our outlook in life will also radiate to our
business struggles. As one of the quotations which says that, “I believe any
success in life in made by going into an area with a blind and furious
optimism.”
