 To get into this college you need to be between 590-680 in SAT critical reading, 620-700 in SAT Math, and
between 580-680 in SAT writing. You also need a 4.0 GPA.

amount, giving an overall need amount. Scholarships are awarded on the basis of
academic merit only. A scholarship recipient may still qualify for any and all need-based

 Who helped you prepare?
 Spoke to many friends who were lawyers and observed
 How did you decide on a major? lawyers while working at a law firm.
 Are you still working in the chosen major still?  Yes
 How has you choice of going to college benefited you?  Gave me a professional career and a steady job. it lets me
practice an interesting and rewarding profession, while
helping others and making a living.
 If not Law major, what other major? Why?
 Psychology or education, because I’m interested in the way
 Why U.M. Law? the human mind works, the way people interact with each
other, and giving knowledge to other people.
 Was it hard to study law?
 The school had a good reputation, excellent faculty and
outstanding recourses.

 Law is a difficult subject, especially the first year witch
requires good study habits, discipline and ability to work as
part of a team. Its also helpful to have good test taking skills
 Best advise is to do a lot of research about your chosen field
by talking to people already working in the field by students
who are studying for this profession.

Dear friend,
I think it is a terrible idea to drop out of high school. If you drop out of high school,
the best you can hope for is getting some kind of a job with no future. You will have to
real skills, no education, and no profession. If you graduate high school, you can get
into college, get a degree, and in the future get a real job or a profession. Its known
fact that people that graduate college make a lot more money than those who don’t.
Preparing for college and studying in college will train your mind develop basic
professional skills such as English, math, science, and history.
College will also help you develop you social skills by meeting different kinds of
people and having different experiences. Through your life you will meet different
people and you will need good social skills to deal with people and get a head in life.
Someday you will marry and have a family and you will need to support them. You will
not be able to do that without having a good job and a career. The job market is very
competitive and to get a good job without a college degree is impossible. Graduating
with a college degree will give you a competitive edge and compared to other people
that never went to college.
Please stay in school! You will be making a huge mistake if you dropout. Your

2. 12th grade: Appling to colleges. (submit college application)
3. 12th grade: Get response back from colleges and evaluate results.
4. 12th grade: Pick college of choice.
5. 12th grade: finalize scholarship and facial aid paperwork.
6. summer: plan to move to campus. (if not staying at home)
7. summer: buy furniture and supplies for dorm room. Including bed linens,
computers, books, writing supplies, and other essential accessories.
8. Beginning of year: complete the move.
9. Start classes.
