2. • Delegating the responsibility of team leader-Shared services for budgeting, PR concurrences, General Ledger accounting,
CSR accounting, imports accounting, accounts payable & accounts receivable;

acceptable vendors;
• Checking comparative statements, attending vendor negotiations, finalizing vendors & commercial terms, generating draft
orders & order vetting by taxation section.
Inventory & Stores Management
• Giving inputs for inventory control during fresh procurements, quality & quantity certifications, GRN/service entries
preparation, punching of issue vouchers and tagging of non-moving inventory to stop further purchase;

Accounts Payable
