Build the vision for Kronos hiring and recruiting solutions to ensure enterprises are hiring the right talent for the right positions. My passions are understanding the impact culture and leadership have on an enterprise and the idea that employee engagement within the multi-generational workforce is a critical factor for a successful enterprise. Having engaged employees with the right skills will lead to innovation and growth.
