Personal Reflection Exercises...
I am relinquishing control over the uncontrollable.
I am relinquishing control over the
uncontrollable.
When I am in one of life's low valleys, I
am comforted by positive thoughts. I am
human and I am not expected to
have all the answers. That loving piece
of reality brings me such comfort that I can
smile in the midst of shadows.
I am not in control of everything because
there are things beyond my control. And
that's okay. I am responsible for those
things that I can manage, but I am
quick to let go of the things that I
cannot influence. In order to save
myself from anxiety, I do not hold on to
things that I cannot control.
I try my hardest with what I can control. I
set fair expectations for myself. I am
diligent. I am hardworking, yet I can
admit my limitations.
When I identify things in my life that are
uncontrollable, I let go of them quickly. I
do not waste time trying to handle things
that are impossibly out of my reach. I am
happy to relinquish control because my
ego and pride are in check.
When I have to acknowledge my lack of
control, I do not feel guilt. By letting go
of control, I make room for miracles.
In situations where I am unsure of what to
do, I seek help. If I see that there is
nothing else I can do, I pray, then I simply
let go.
I relinquish control of all situations to a
Higher Power. Where my strength ends,
there is a greater strength that carries me
forward. When my abilities run thin, there
is the power of miracles.

3. Why should I burden myself with
things that I cannot control?

I am more than a survivor; I am a conqueror.
I am more than a survivor; I am a
conqueror.
My goal is greater than to simply get
through my days. My desire is to conquer
each and every moment!
I do more than just enough to keep my
head above water; I swim the waters of
life with all my might toward the shore of
my destiny.
My long-term dreams are clearly placed in
the forefront of my thoughts. Daily, I set
out to make progress toward my goals,
driven by my passion. Passion is the
key that unlocks the door to my
dreams.
I prepare myself in advance for challenges.
I have a plan of action in the event of an
emergency. In the face of a difficult
situation, I know how to survive. Armed
with a plan and a will to fulfill my vision, I
can endure any storm.
I have the strength within me to complete
my daily tasks. I am equipped to handle
all that comes my way with absolute grace
and poise.
In order to be a conqueror, I am changing
my perspective. I refrain from
complaining about my workload.
Instead, I choose to be grateful for the
ability to complete it. The mundane
routine of everyday is an investment in my
future, rather than a burden.
My positive attitude and my new
perspective help me live a life of joy. A
heart filled with gratitude and joy is
what makes the difference between
living in survival mode and being a
conqueror.
Today, I choose to get past completing the
basics and become a conqueror. I embrace
an appreciative perspective and allow
passion to be my strength.

I am living the life I want to live.
I am living the life I want to live.
I am in charge of my life. I am the only
person who determines what I do and
who I become. It is up to me to choose
the life I want and live it.
The life I am living is the life that I want
to
live. I work hard to acquire the career that
I've always desired.
I have the family that I want to have. My
mate is a great match for me. I am raising
my children to behave the way I want
them to behave.
Life is filled with situations that turn out
differently than I expect. At those times, I
get on my knees and pray for direction. I
seek wisdom from people who are what I
aspire to be and I make the necessary
adjustments to my behavior.
The authority to alter the course of my life
belongs to me. With a simple decision,
I have the power to change where I
am and where I am headed. I arm
myself with the tools necessary to enact
change.
Actions have consequences. Therefore, I
align my actions with my desired result.
When an action leads me away from my
goals, I change my reaction so I can be
more productive.
Today, I choose to pray for direction and
reflect on where I am taking my life. I
make adjustments to my behavior,
even if it seems easier to change my
goals than to change my behavior.

I allow only positive thinking into my life.
I allow only positive thinking into my
life.
I choose to only allow positive thoughts
into my life. Everything I do has purpose
and meaning. I choose to make my life
a positive experience. Each and every
day is happy and joyful because I choose
positive thoughts.
I see the value in being happy and
peaceful. Love and joy are the kinds of
things I focus on. I give these things to the
world and they come back around to me. I
find the good in every situation and
choose to focus on those good things.
Negative people want what I have. They
see that I have joy because my positive
thinking is a choice I make. Each day I
focus on thinking thoughts that give
me energy and peace.
I only focus on the good things in life.
Because I focus on good things, I will
continue to experience blessings. I
view the world as a good place. Negative
things can happen, but how I look at them
can put them in a positive light.
Happiness is freely available to me. Joy is
always possible for me and it's available
whenever I want it. Staying joyful is
valuable to me. I choose positive
thinking because I feel better about myself
and about the world when I stay positive.
Today, I only accept positive thoughts into
my life. I deserve happiness and that
happiness is abundant when I choose
positive thinking.

Faith fuels my endeavors.
Faith fuels my endeavors.
I dare to dream because I believe my
vision is becoming my reality. When I
launch myself into a new adventure, I
expect a positive outcome. My faith
provides me with the certainty that
good things are to come.
I rest easy in the comforting arms of my
faith. When my circumstances seem
hopeless, my convictions give me to
courage to imagine the bigger picture. I
know that wonderful things await me
beyond what my eyes can see.
My seemingly small beginnings are simply
the first steps on the path of greatness. I
am diligent in the most mundane tasks of
my life. As I dedicate myself to each
moment, I prove myself worthy of more
responsibility.
Through my belief, I can persevere during
the storm. Faith locks my mind on the goal
and on positive thoughts, banishing
discouragement. As I allow my
convictions to increase, the limits to
my possibilities disappear.
My ears are open only to the dreams
placed deeply in my heart. They are
closed to any negativity around me. I
foresee a grand future. Even if doubts
about my success try to creep into my
mind, I immediately eradicate them.
I have the power to believe that I am who
I want to be. I control my own destiny
by choosing what I believe about
myself. Because I know I have this
power, I can achieve anything.
Today, I choose to believe that my dreams
are attainable. I dare to see myself as
someone with great potential who
deserves to succeed in every way
imaginable.

Exciting opportunities abundantly
appear in my life.
Exciting opportunities abundantly
appear in my life.
New opportunities surround me every
day. All I need to do is recognize them
and take the leap of faith. I have an
abundance mindset that keeps my mind
open to these new opportunities.
Each morning I greet the new day with
excitement and anticipation. I give thanks
for my blessings and wonder what good
this day will bring. When I search for
the good in my day, I often find
beautiful, hidden gems.
Living in the moment helps me recognize
new opportunities. When I focus on the
present, regrets of the past and worries of
the future simply cannot exist. I explore
all options of the moment in my mind
and take decisive action to seize those
opportunities that can benefit me.
My abundance mindset includes a
healthy optimism that brings me
confidence and helps me get over any
hurdles in my path. When challenges
arise, I expect that there is a solution and I
seek it out. I inevitably find it and continue
happily toward my goal.
Today, "Seize the day!" is my mantra. My
plan is to keep an eye out for those
opportunities that I know, without a
doubt, will appear and then go for them
with all the gusto I've got!

Being grateful for where I am forges the
path to where I want to be.
Being grateful for where I am forges
the path to where I want to be.
I make a conscious effort to give thanks
for all good things in my life. The more I
show my gratitude, the more good things I
receive to be thankful for!
When I awake in the morning, I give
thanks for the new day. The good feelings
I generate start my day in a perfect way,
and I find that one good thing leads
to another. This positive boost helps me
fly through my daily tasks with energy and
momentum.
I thank my spouse for the things he does
for me. This makes him feel loved and
appreciated and he goes out of his way to
do even more good things for me. It's a
never-ending cycle of love!
I find things to thank my children for every
day. When they do a good job on
anything, I thank them for their effort,
motivating them to continue. My
happiness is even greater when I see
them, too, discovering the joys of gratitude
and telling others, "Thank you."
As my day goes on, I thank my co-workers
for their efforts and my clients for their
business. In return, I receive their
loyalty and friendship.
I thank my friends for being there for me.
They're always there to lend a helping
hand and cheer me on.
I realize that even the challenges of my
day arise for good reason and I'm grateful
for the lessons I learn from these
obstacles. Invariably, my challenges
bring me closer to my goals, in one
way or another, as I seek solutions.
Today, I strive to feel gratitude, enjoy it,
and let it show in how I treat others.

  • 2. Personal Reflection Exercises... I am relinquishing control over the uncontrollable. I am relinquishing control over the uncontrollable. When I am in one of life's low valleys, I am comforted by positive thoughts. I am human and I am not expected to have all the answers. That loving piece of reality brings me such comfort that I can smile in the midst of shadows. I am not in control of everything because there are things beyond my control. And that's okay. I am responsible for those things that I can manage, but I am quick to let go of the things that I cannot influence. In order to save myself from anxiety, I do not hold on to things that I cannot control. I try my hardest with what I can control. I set fair expectations for myself. I am diligent. I am hardworking, yet I can admit my limitations. When I identify things in my life that are uncontrollable, I let go of them quickly. I do not waste time trying to handle things that are impossibly out of my reach. I am happy to relinquish control because my ego and pride are in check. When I have to acknowledge my lack of control, I do not feel guilt. By letting go of control, I make room for miracles. In situations where I am unsure of what to do, I seek help. If I see that there is nothing else I can do, I pray, then I simply let go. I relinquish control of all situations to a Higher Power. Where my strength ends, there is a greater strength that carries me forward. When my abilities run thin, there is the power of miracles. Self-Reflection Questions: 1. What are some things that I need to give up? 2. How can I free myself from undue pressures? 3. Why should I burden myself with things that I cannot control?
  • 3. Personal Reflection Exercises... I am more than a survivor; I am a conqueror. I am more than a survivor; I am a conqueror. My goal is greater than to simply get through my days. My desire is to conquer each and every moment! I do more than just enough to keep my head above water; I swim the waters of life with all my might toward the shore of my destiny. My long-term dreams are clearly placed in the forefront of my thoughts. Daily, I set out to make progress toward my goals, driven by my passion. Passion is the key that unlocks the door to my dreams. I prepare myself in advance for challenges. I have a plan of action in the event of an emergency. In the face of a difficult situation, I know how to survive. Armed with a plan and a will to fulfill my vision, I can endure any storm. I have the strength within me to complete my daily tasks. I am equipped to handle all that comes my way with absolute grace and poise. In order to be a conqueror, I am changing my perspective. I refrain from complaining about my workload. Instead, I choose to be grateful for the ability to complete it. The mundane routine of everyday is an investment in my future, rather than a burden. My positive attitude and my new perspective help me live a life of joy. A heart filled with gratitude and joy is what makes the difference between living in survival mode and being a conqueror. Today, I choose to get past completing the basics and become a conqueror. I embrace an appreciative perspective and allow passion to be my strength. Self-Reflection Questions: 1.   • 4. Personal Reflection Exercises... I am living the life I want to live. I am living the life I want to live. I am in charge of my life. I am the only person who determines what I do and who I become. It is up to me to choose the life I want and live it. The life I am living is the life that I want to live. I work hard to acquire the career that I've always desired. I have the family that I want to have. My mate is a great match for me. I am raising my children to behave the way I want them to behave. Life is filled with situations that turn out differently than I expect. At those times, I get on my knees and pray for direction. I seek wisdom from people who are what I aspire to be and I make the necessary adjustments to my behavior. The authority to alter the course of my life belongs to me. With a simple decision, I have the power to change where I am and where I am headed. I arm myself with the tools necessary to enact change. Actions have consequences. Therefore, I align my actions with my desired result. When an action leads me away from my goals, I change my reaction so I can be more productive. Today, I choose to pray for direction and reflect on where I am taking my life. I make adjustments to my behavior, even if it seems easier to change my goals than to change my behavior. Self-Reflection Questions: 1. Am I living the life I want to live? 2. What do I need to change to achieve the life I want? 3. Who can help me find direction?
  • 5. Personal Reflection Exercises... I allow only positive thinking into my life. I allow only positive thinking into my life. I choose to only allow positive thoughts into my life. Everything I do has purpose and meaning. I choose to make my life a positive experience. Each and every day is happy and joyful because I choose positive thoughts. I see the value in being happy and peaceful. Love and joy are the kinds of things I focus on. I give these things to the world and they come back around to me. I find the good in every situation and choose to focus on those good things. Negative people want what I have. They see that I have joy because my positive thinking is a choice I make. Each day I focus on thinking thoughts that give me energy and peace. I only focus on the good things in life. Because I focus on good things, I will continue to experience blessings. I view the world as a good place. Negative things can happen, but how I look at them can put them in a positive light. Happiness is freely available to me. Joy is always possible for me and it's available whenever I want it. Staying joyful is valuable to me. I choose positive thinking because I feel better about myself and about the world when I stay positive. Today, I only accept positive thoughts into my life. I deserve happiness and that happiness is abundant when I choose positive thinking. Self-Reflection Questions: 1. How can I stay focused on positive thoughts today? 2. What can I do to encourage others to stay positive each day? 3. How can I think more productively when I face challenges?
  • 6. Personal Reflection Exercises... Faith fuels my endeavors. Faith fuels my endeavors. I dare to dream because I believe my vision is becoming my reality. When I launch myself into a new adventure, I expect a positive outcome. My faith provides me with the certainty that good things are to come. I rest easy in the comforting arms of my faith. When my circumstances seem hopeless, my convictions give me to courage to imagine the bigger picture. I know that wonderful things await me beyond what my eyes can see. My seemingly small beginnings are simply the first steps on the path of greatness. I am diligent in the most mundane tasks of my life. As I dedicate myself to each moment, I prove myself worthy of more responsibility. Through my belief, I can persevere during the storm. Faith locks my mind on the goal and on positive thoughts, banishing discouragement. As I allow my convictions to increase, the limits to my possibilities disappear. My ears are open only to the dreams placed deeply in my heart. They are closed to any negativity around me. I foresee a grand future. Even if doubts about my success try to creep into my mind, I immediately eradicate them. I have the power to believe that I am who I want to be. I control my own destiny by choosing what I believe about myself. Because I know I have this power, I can achieve anything. Today, I choose to believe that my dreams are attainable. I dare to see myself as someone with great potential who deserves to succeed in every way imaginable. Self-Reflection Questions: 1. What do I believe about myself? 2. Is my inner dialogue marked by faith or doubt? 3. Why is it necessary to believe the best about myself?
  • 7. Personal Reflection Exercises... Exciting opportunities abundantly appear in my life. Exciting opportunities abundantly appear in my life. New opportunities surround me every day. All I need to do is recognize them and take the leap of faith. I have an abundance mindset that keeps my mind open to these new opportunities. Each morning I greet the new day with excitement and anticipation. I give thanks for my blessings and wonder what good this day will bring. When I search for the good in my day, I often find beautiful, hidden gems. Living in the moment helps me recognize new opportunities. When I focus on the present, regrets of the past and worries of the future simply cannot exist. I explore all options of the moment in my mind and take decisive action to seize those opportunities that can benefit me. My abundance mindset includes a healthy optimism that brings me confidence and helps me get over any hurdles in my path. When challenges arise, I expect that there is a solution and I seek it out. I inevitably find it and continue happily toward my goal. Today, "Seize the day!" is my mantra. My plan is to keep an eye out for those opportunities that I know, without a doubt, will appear and then go for them with all the gusto I've got! Self-Reflection Questions: 1. Do I expect that good things will happen to me each day? 2. How can I make my mind more open to new possibilities? 3. How can I encourage myself to take swift action on the opportunities I find?
  • 8. Personal Reflection Exercises... Being grateful for where I am forges the path to where I want to be. Being grateful for where I am forges the path to where I want to be. I make a conscious effort to give thanks for all good things in my life. The more I show my gratitude, the more good things I receive to be thankful for! When I awake in the morning, I give thanks for the new day. The good feelings I generate start my day in a perfect way, and I find that one good thing leads to another. This positive boost helps me fly through my daily tasks with energy and momentum. I thank my spouse for the things he does for me. This makes him feel loved and appreciated and he goes out of his way to do even more good things for me. It's a never-ending cycle of love! I find things to thank my children for every day. When they do a good job on anything, I thank them for their effort, motivating them to continue. My happiness is even greater when I see them, too, discovering the joys of gratitude and telling others, "Thank you." As my day goes on, I thank my co-workers for their efforts and my clients for their business. In return, I receive their loyalty and friendship. I thank my friends for being there for me. They're always there to lend a helping hand and cheer me on. I realize that even the challenges of my day arise for good reason and I'm grateful for the lessons I learn from these obstacles. Invariably, my challenges bring me closer to my goals, in one way or another, as I seek solutions. Today, I strive to feel gratitude, enjoy it, and let it show in how I treat others. Self-Reflection Questions: 1. Do I let myself feel and enjoy gratitude and its benefits? 2. How has showing someone my gratitude brought me something good in return? 3. How can I show my gratitude more often?
