Global Executive Search firm Pedersen & Partners opens office in Amsterdam

, 2017 – Amsterdam, the Netherlands – Pedersen & Partners is proud to announce the opening of
its office in Amsterdam. Founded in 2001, Pedersen & Partners has become an established provider of
Executive Search services internationally, with 56 wholly owned offices in 52 countries across Europe, the

Poul Pedersen, founder and Managing Partner: “We are launching Amsterdam with four senior, experienced
Executive Search professionals who will be fully dedicated to providing the very best service to Pedersen &
Partners’ Dutch and international clients.”
A team of seasoned search professionals will be establishing the Amsterdam office, bringing over 75 years of
cumulative Executive Search expertise across a wide range of industries:
Lydia van der Meulen will be the Country Manager for the Netherlands. Mrs. van der Meulen brings to
the firm two decades of international Executive Search experience in Life Sciences and related areas in
Industrial, Food and Agribusiness. She will also head Pedersen & Partners’ Life Sciences practice for
the Netherlands, Belgium and Germany.
Marnix Lamberts, Client Partner and Global Head of the Transport and Logistics Practice, brings
decades of international search experience in the Maritime & Logistics, Engineering & Dredging, Food,
and Agribusiness sectors across developed and emerging markets. Mr. Lamberts will be setting up
and heading Pedersen & Partners’ new global Logistics Practice from the Amsterdam office.
Maarten Passtoors, Client Partner, draws on over two decades of experience as a partner and
Country Manager for Netherlands with some of the world’s largest Executive Search networks. He has
a wealth of search expertise in the Industrial sector, and has also conducted searches within the
Technology and Consumer Products sectors.
Jurga Baltram, Consultant, returns to Pedersen & Partners from her own recruitment boutique practice
in Amsterdam. Ms. Baltram worked for five years in the Pedersen & Partners Vilnius office, until she
moved to the Netherlands in 2013. She will help to ensure that the Amsterdam office assimilates well
and that our Dutch clients fully benefit from the firm’s globally integrated expertise and knowledge.
