  1. Strategic: How do gender norms shape the life choices of women and men in the hub communities? What are the social and material consequences of non conformity with expected behaviors and what opportunities are there for change? Gender integration: What measures are most effective to enable poor women and men to envision and realize upgradation goals in AAS market systems? Innovation: what M&E tools can facilitate cost-effective assessment of intra-household outcomes and impacts?
