Internship Report Faculty of Foreign Languages. During the internship, I obtained some lessons that are very helpful to me in my future career path. The first lesson was punctuality in all aspects. Whether it’s arriving early in the morning or getting a task done on time, punctuality is essential. Manage my time well to get things done. The second one was being an eager beaver. I realized that I was passionate about the field and really appreciated the opportunity I had been given will put me in good stead with the boss and would make a lasting impression that could benefit me in the future when it comes to asking for a reference. Especially, my English and business knowledge are better after the internship. I know much about business, especially, sales including Service, place, price and promotion, quotation, offer letter and sales contract; as well as learning much about how to be good translator and interpreter

of Construction of provinces as well as investors who are prestigious investors,

The company brings to customers, Investors the products are executed with
progress, quality and best price. Thien Bao always enhances the prestige of
sustainable development, which brings the best value for employees and society.
In order to do these things, the management of our company attaches great
importance to high efficiency and high quality of work. Therefore, with the
selection and training of high quality personnel, we are interested in selecting
Equipment, machinery, software applications suitable to meet the needs of
construction work increasingly advanced and diverse customers.
The company operates on prestige and quality. In order to provide
customers with maximum confidence in the products and services provided by

The office of Thien Bao has 4 function departments:
(1) Office of the Director is responsible for all aspects of the company and
responsible for foreign affairs. The office is the decider of the policy, strategic
goals of the company, as well as approving all applicable regulations within
the company. Moreover, the office supervises and inspects all production,
business and investment activities of the company and proposes business
strategy. The office also plays an important role in developing markets in the
region and in the world. The Deputy Directors assist the Director in solving
major problems in the professional field and in charge of related departments
and workshops.
(2) Construction and Technical department is in charge of advising the Board on
technical issues, as well as performing technical management tasks. The
department directs, organizes and develops technology to apply advanced
scientific and technological advances to the designing activities of the
company. In addition, the department is also in charge of construction of
large investment projects and joint venture with foreign countries.
(3) Consulting Room plays an important role in advising the director on issues of
consultancy, environmental monitoring report and environmental
commitment.
(4) Accounting department is in charge of recording, calculating, reflecting
existing data, situation of rotation and using of assets, materials, capital; The
process and results of production and business operation and the use of funds
of the Company. Moreover, the department checks the actual situation of
business plan; financial revenue and expenditure plan. In addition, the
department also disciplines the collection, remittance, payment and inspection
of the preservation and uses of assets, supplies, capital and funds, as well as
detecting and promptly stopping acts of waste or violation of policies and
regimes, economic discipline, financial state, (Thien Bao Construction and
Investment JSC, 2018).

2. DESCRIPTION OF INTERNSHIP
The internship took place in eight weeks from 24 July, 2018 to 18 September
2018. There are daily activities as below.

After a few week interns in the company, I have gradually understood the
business situation as well as the ability to analyze and evaluate the potential
development of the company's business.
3. ANALYSIS AND EVALUATION
3.1. Analysis
Thien Bao has many large construction projects, whose partners are
Japanese companies. Therefore, the company always needs personnel who can
communicate in Japanese. However, Thien Bao now has a shortage of Japanese-
language staff, even the lack of Japanese translators. At present, the company has
recruited many times but still not recruited because the salary offered by the
company for this position is lower than the required market.
To solve this problem, the company asked some good English staff to
communicate with their Japanese counterparts, and the sales staff like me chosen.
However, Japanese culture is very respectful of their language so almost their
English is not good, so it is very difficult to communicate.
So, in the process of working with Japanese partners, company employees
must strive to understand how Japanese communicate, understand their English
and more importantly their working culture.
Despite the language disagreement, cultural disagreement, but due to the
efforts and efforts of the two sides are currently running smoothly and the two
sides increasingly understanding each other. The company has also hired a
Japanese interpreter.
All work will be under pressure, but translation and interpreting will require
me to exert more pressure and stress, to both listen and translate and the pressure
of knowledge and new information.
The biggest pressure is the accuracy of each sentence, the lines of speech as
you translate even if the speaker is ambiguous, the translator must also translate
into a good and refined translation so that the recipient is the easiest to read.

Therefore, the pressure of this work will help me cultivate myself to
become assertive, bravery and frequency of work completion will also be more
successful. Moreover, I also learnt Japanese culture.
3.2. Evaluation
The company not only has the professional staff but also has the reward for
working. Colleagues instruct and support me a lot in working. I learned how to
use the machines, communicate with consumers, more being proactive and
flexible. I will effort to complete the duties effectively.
As the nature of the work goes from comprehensive to detailed, it has
helped me to be more careful and thorough. In addition, every day I will have
many tasks to complete so I learned how to manage the work effectively and get
familiar with the pressure in the work.
After assisting for sales and interpretation, I was more skillful and flexible
in promoting products to customers and improving my English skills. So, I am
also more confident in communicating and negotiating with clients. Moreover, I
also know how to sort the work in order of priority.
Interpretion and translation is a job that requires a lot of knowledge and
experience. Therefore, I must always study, read, listen and collaborate while
still being at university.
The internship helps me to access the work environment in a company, so
that conditions can compare and contrast between the theory, knowledge is
learned in the school with the practice at the practice.
However, occupational accidents are unavoidable in all occupations, but
occupational accidents in the fruit industry are unpredictable, difficult to handle,
uncomfortable and often miserable. Casual accidents in translation as:
I was interrupted by listeners to correct incorrectly translated information.
This situation occurs most often, many speakers and listeners are fluent in
foreign languages, still have to use interpreters as required by the work and if
translated wrongly, do not kill, borring ... I can be stopped. And reminders in a
friendly or unpleasant way ... In all circumstances, if I had not been kicked out, I
needs to calm down and be more careful

4. CONCLUSION
During the internship, I obtained some lessons that are very helpful to me in
my future career path. The first lesson was punctuality in all aspects. Whether it’s
arriving early in the morning or getting a task done on time, punctuality is
essential. Manage my time well to get things done. The second one was being an
eager beaver. I realized that I was passionate about the field and really
appreciated the opportunity I had been given will put me in good stead with the
boss and would make a lasting impression that could benefit me in the future
when it comes to asking for a reference. Especially, my English and business
knowledge are better after the internship. I know much about business,
especially, sales including Service, place, price and promotion, quotation, offer
letter and sales contract; as well as learning much about how to be good
translator and interpreter
There are some skills that I learnt from the internship
Communication skill
I learnt to communicate, express and convey my thoughts as well as
information precisely. I also learnt how to interact effectively with colleagues,
and the managers, too.
Problem solving skill
In my internship, I did learn and accumulate experience on problem-
solving skill. For example, when I experienced an electrical loss, I had to make
an idea to handle the situation. Hence, I made a suggestion that we had better be
gathered in the main hall and played a game together. This boosted the teams’
atmosphere and helped understand more about us.
Sales skill
After being trained as sales administrator quotation, I know how to do
offer letter, sales contract and customer service. The internship helps me become
a professional sales staff, though only dry sentences, but drawn from the fact that
I experienced.
Improving translation

The most important skills that I have improved much are translation skill.
When working with Japanese partners and do translation and interpreter, I leant a
lot from their culture, improve my English skills and their working style. They
help me how to translate well, as well as explaining me the complicated issues in
translation. The problem in interpreting also help me know to make clear the
ideas in communication.
